Aquarius (Jan. 20 – Feb. 18)

This month finds your voice floating amongst many, raising the bar for a greater good. Aquarians are an innovative and revolutionary bunch. What better way to embrace your humanitarian tendencies than to take stock of your union benefits and help spread the word? From legal services and premium-free health care to the DC 37 Dental Center, there are a variety of benefits designed to care for union family members.

Pisces (Feb. 19 – March 20)

Look into the cosmos, Pisces, and be expansive in who you consider family. If there are new coworkers on your team, talk to them about the power of joining their union. If it’s at the familial level, look into the new DC 37 Child Care Trust for reimbursements for child care or Paid Family Leave for time off to care for the new addition.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

This month finds others walking in your footsteps as you trailblaze a path forward. Be bold and fiery— make plans to join the next solidarity action or rally. Create a sign that speaks to your unique point of view on the benefits of organized labor. Pick out your favorite DC 37 green T-shirt and get ready to march!

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

When was the last time you took a day off, Taurus? Check your PTO balance! As an earth sign, it’s important to stay grounded, and you can’t do that if you’re burned out. Your backbone is strong and your feet are planted as you face the storm of anti-union campaigns. If there’s one sign that can’t be outmaneuvered, it’s a Gemini who understands all sides. Attend your local’s general membership meeting to gather information from your fellow union siblings and be ready to offer your unique perspective on how to push back on any anti-union activity.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

This month finds you at the table and not on the menu. As a water sign who is big on feelings, can you sense from the workplace energy what’s coming? Your colleagues need your intuitive abilities to outsmart predatory management practices. Libra (Sept. 23 – Oct. 22)

Sagittarians seek knowledge, and your fire blazes the path forward in your quest for wisdom. Not everyone can handle the heat. This month, direct that energy into one of the classes or training programs offered by the DC 37 Education Fund to expand your skillset and career outlook.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 19)
