Protect Our Home Care Workers In Local 389! Tell City Council: Vote NO To Intro. 303!

What is Intro. 303 and how will it harm unionized home care workers?
Join DC 37, members of Home Care Employees Local 389, the Central Labor Council, Legal Aid Society, and disability advocates as we rally outside of City Hall to tell the City Council to vote ‘NO’ on Intro. 303.
If Intro. 303 passes and bans 24-hour home care shifts, it will create an unfunded liability for the state-regulated program and jeopardize the livelihood of thousands of home care workers, their families, and the clients they care for.
The time to act is NOW. Tell the City Council to vote NO on Intro 303! Join us at Noon tomorrow at City Hall Park at the intersection of Broadway and Murray to rally in solidarity with our union siblings in Local 389!

After you RSVP, fill out this form to email Council Speaker Julie Menin and the City Council to tell them: Vote NO on Intro. 303!
Stand with DC 37 and Local 389 in the fight to protect home care workers!
